PAYMENT

1. What payment methods are accepted?

2. Will I have to pay taxes?

Each country has unique customs rules and policies. For details, please contact your local customs office. In rare cases, import duties or taxes may be charged, and customers are responsible for these fees.

3. Can I cancel or change my order?

To cancel or modify an order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. Once your order is in preparation for delivery, we cannot make changes or cancellations.

SHIPPING

1. Does Galivora ship to my country?

We ship to most countries worldwide, except for those with specific restrictions:

Brazil, Philippines, Indonesia, Cuba, Iran, Sudan, Syria

2. How much does shipping cost?

We provide free shipping to all countries available. You will receive a tracking code in your email when your order has been shipped out from one of our warehouses worldwide, depending on your location. You can track your order via our Order Tracker(allow 1-2 business days for tracking information to appear).

Note: For free products, a non-deductible $18 shipping fee applies, which covers processing, shipping, and customs duties.

3. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Total delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time

(Excludes customs delays, weekends, holidays, and unforeseen events)

Processing Time: 2-5 business days

Standard Shipping: 3-15 business days

Note: Orders to South America and the Russian Federation may take longer, up to 1 month, due to customs and transportation.

4. What if my package doesn’t arrive?

If your package hasn’t arrived within 60 days of shipping, please contact us at info@galivora.com. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund.
