1. General
These terms apply to the use of the Galivora platform. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these terms.
2. Account
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
- You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
- One person may have at most one account.
3. Use of the platform
- You may only use the platform for lawful purposes.
- You may not post content that infringes on the rights of others.
- You are responsible for the recipes and other content you upload.
4. Subscriptions and payments
- Paid subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe.
- You can cancel your subscription at any time. The subscription remains active until the end of the billing period.
- Prices may change. You will be informed in advance of price changes.
5. AI features
Galivora offers AI-powered features (OCR import, nutritional value estimation, text refinement). By using these features:
- You agree that recipe content (no personal data) is sent to OpenAI for processing.
- You understand that AI-generated results are not always accurate and must be reviewed by you.
6. Intellectual property
- You retain all rights to your own recipes and content.
- By making content public, you grant Galivora a limited right to display it on the platform.
- The Galivora brand, design and software are the property of Galivora.
7. Termination
You can delete your account at any time via your account settings. We may terminate your account for violation of these terms. Upon deletion, your data will be processed in accordance with our privacy policy.
8. Liability
The platform is provided "as is". Galivora is not liable for indirect damage, lost profits or loss of data, to the extent permitted by law.
9. Applicable law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
